At Golf Edge Wear, we stand behind the quality of our premium golf apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Shirts (all types)
  • Shorts (all types)

Note: Waterproofs, Mid Layers, and Trousers may be returned if they meet all other return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds) and your bank may apply currency conversion fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned
