Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium golf apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Shirts (all types)
  • Shorts (all types)

Waterproofs, Mid Layers, and Trousers may be returned if they meet all other return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address below. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds) and your bank may apply currency conversion fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
